My name is Aidan Murphy and the concept of placing a waterproof greeting card using a patented card holder with ground spike has been developed and produced by myself.
The idea came to me when I was tending the graveside of my wife’s mother close to Mothers Day, the morning of this day my wife and I had spent quite a considerable time visiting many shops trying to find a suitable card, plaque or similar with a verse that was suitable to the occasion and the feelings of my wife at that time, such an item was not available.
From that time to today Precious Thoughts Gravecard has been modified and developed to its current high quality retail ready product.
The theory behind Precious Thoughts Gravecard is to provide a Waterproof Greeting Card that can be firmly pegged onto the lawn of a grave or inserted into a graveside pot, using an indelible ink pen a personal heartfelt message can be hand written on the inside of the card and the card and handwriting will remain presentable for weeks and even months thereafter. The Patented Card Holder with Ground Spike will hold along with the waterproof flower or holding pin will keep the card in the open position, once you have purchased the complete package you will be able to reuse the Card Holder and Ground Spike and on the next occasion that you only need to buy a waterproof card.
Personalised waterproof memorial cards
Our new personalised website service will allow customers to add a personal heartfelt message on the inside of the card. Along with an image of who the card is for.
As well as offering single bespoke cards to individual customers we are able to offer small runs of retail ready Precious Thoughts Gravecard for charities, church shops and similar organisations that will be unique to them for resale throughout their retail channels.
We offer a range of cards for various occasions that include Anniversaries, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas, Birthdays, and many more.
We sell a range of Personalised and standard Waterproof Greeting Cards for use on the lawn of a grave or graveside pot.
Precious Thoughts Gravecard complete pack comes with either a Personalised card or as a standard card, with the initial purchase of either complete pack. By retaining the core components of the pack, on further occasions when you require a card you will be able to buy the card only.
The complete pack will consist of
- A smart presentation box
- A waterproof greeting card (Personalised or Standard)
- A card holder with ground spike (to peg the card firmly onto the lawn of a grave)
- A waterproof flower (to hold the card to the cardholder and keep the card in the open position)
- An indelible ink pen (to handwrite any further messages you wish to add to the card)
When you have purchased your first complete Precious Thought Gravecard (Personalised or Standard) you will receive it a smart presentation box with all the components within, the card would normally be kept on a graveside for a couple of weeks (the card can stay much longer outside if required), when you come back to remove the card you will be able to retain the core components (the card holder and the flower) and the next time you need a card you can buy the card only at each occasion or buy multiple cards for future occasions of that year. This method can be used for both personalised and standard cards.
